If I want a single relay controlled by two different outputs of my alarm (outputs are (-)200ma) would I need to diode isolate?

It doesn't seem like I would because while one channel is triggered the other would just be an open relay inside the alarm?

or so I think...

(don't want to fry alarm)

You shouldn't need to isolate them at all. Even if they are both on at the same time, they are both ground, so nothing would happen if you connected them together.

In general, if the two outputs don't output any voltage when they're off it should be okay.

The only other reason you might want to isolate them is if you're using the outputs to drive two different things other than the common relay.
