Have an ancient code alarm Ca-535 that  works fine now after fixing bad ground at siren but would like to upgrade to 2 way transmitters.  Looks like basic brain supports this and both led and lcd 2 way transmitters are available for about $20-40. Will this work with no or minor rewiring?  Also, I notice this brain box has a tracking port.  What is its function??

I've installed a few of those. Just a couple, but I think I remember.
To use the 2-way remotes, you also need the 2-way antenna and a different antenna cable. Not too much work to change over.
I think if you can still find a 2-way remote kit (try eBay), it comes with the remotes, antenna, antenna cable, and maybe another couple of parts.
The Telematics port is for the CL100 module, which will allow you to lock, unlock, or start the car by calling a phone number and putting in a password.

Thanks much for info.  I can get a Ca-135 upgrade kit with 2 led transmitters for $30 shipped so I'll try that route.
