I have a WP edition pacifica.. the security system worked fine.

now nothing on the remote works.

Is it possible to reprogram?

Customer support sucks.

There is a Viper 5701 Responder LE install in the "Downloads" section of this site.  There is a section that details the procedure.  There is also a 5701 Supplement Guide for transmitter programming.

Please be aware that if the unit was originally programmed and locked with a Bitwriter, you won't be able to re-program your remotes without first unlocking it with a Bitwriter.

Did you check fuses on the 5701 and replace batteries in the remotes?

Soldering is fun!

DEI products are only licsensed to sell as installed unit.  DEI only supports licensed installers.  If you are not an authorized DEI installer they won't help you at all - take it back to the place that installed it.  If you installed it yourself then you have absolutely zero manufacturer support.   All of this is stated in the documentation that comes with the system.

Did the transmitters actually program?  ( Siren chip and LED flash at the correct time, etc? )

Did you check all the connections on the Viper brain?  Antenna, harnesses, etc?  Verify power to the brain with a DMM?

Most Viper dealers give a good warranty on their install work and hardware.  I would bring it back to the installer/dealer at this point.
