The battery died and the techs just removed it without having a secondary power source so it looks like everything got reset including the radio.
I was looking at the viper menu and tried switching from virtual tack to voltage and also adjusted the crank time but it has not solved my problem.
The issue is the car will start and within 3 seconds it will die then start again another 2 times. Yes the engine starts but does not stay on.
I checked the diagnostic and got 4 LED flashes which means Transmitter shutdown (or optional push button) according to the manual.
Anyone know how i can resolve this myself?

I've reset my units by unplugging the harnesses and shorting the pins that connect to battery power and ground. This sometimes clears up unexplained hiccups.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
