2 Questions on the Python 881X

After help from the forum members I decied on the Python 881X, and  my dealer installed it today

in my 2004 Ford Explorer, all's well with the instalation. I have the aux outputs

powering my Rear Window Defoster, Open & Closing the Sunroof & Opening the Rear Hatch.

The things I do not like about the system are:

1) When I open the Rear Hatch (rear window), it does not disarm the Alarm, is there any way I can

permanly disable the Alarm on the Hatch, I open 40 times a day as I use my truck as a service vehicle.

2) The Numeric Keyless Entry system, bulit into the drivers door does not disarm (on open) or rearm (on relock)

the alarm, any way around this?

there's no way to make your factory keypad operate the python alarm, there is a setting to disarm alarm on channel 2 activation, I suggest setting the alarm for passive arm so when you close the liftgate it rearms the alarm.
