i use dei add ons all the time they are good check this out

primary harness

black -ground ,  WHITE/ blue -negative activation input. , lt GREEN/ black - factory disarm, yellow -output to security system , this wire must be connected to the ignition wire of current alarm instead of the alarm being connected to the cars ignition wire , if you dont do this the alarm will not work right while in remote start mode such things like door locks.  white- negative light flash output  if you want to opperate lights you need to convert this to possitive using a relay like this pin 87a not used. pin 86and pin 87 constant fused 12 volts pin 30 output to parking light wire. grey/black wait to start  (for deisel engines.)

heavy guage relay satelite wires

reds - 12 volt constant , pink- igniton one,  purple- starter wire, orange - accesory wire. pink/white- second igniton  or if no second ignition is needed than you can use this as your light flash output wire instead of white wire after relay.

6 pin harness:  blue- not used  blueblack- not used . grey hood pin switch not neccesary but this wire can not see ground, if you want to remote start, violet /white  tach wire needed or timed remote start is neccesary. brown- wire possitive brake shut down.  BLACK/ white  neutral safety this wire must see ground in order for the remote start to work . word of advise , ground it permenantly.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.
