Just put a basic starter in an 05 Grand Am. works great but, I left the parking lights to do tomorrow. I would rather trigger the parking lights at the steering colom or even directly at the parking light under the hood   rather then tapping in at the BCM. Didn't go to the BCM for any other connections yet. If its easy to get to and tried and true with a pin number and color of wire ok. any one else do a few of these vehicles with an easy connection?
Thanks men,
Mark

Easiest place is the BCM.

Brown wire, Gray plug, Pin B8

Easiest place is where you pickup 99% of the wires for this vehicle in the drivers kick the thick harness going into the firewall. Brown (+) is your park lights. It should be gray/black (+) @ the steering column from the switch, but I wouldn't recommend using that.
