A wiring diagram should be is use to serve as reference ONLY! Don't relied on it to be 100% correct. The person typing up the infomation for you could have been sleeping or day dreaming on the job when they were inputing the information in. Get yourself a digital mulitmeter and set it to AC to get the reading for your tach signal. It will read between 1-8V and will move up and down when you press on the gas pedal. Some remote starter unit may require a higher voltage tach signal, which sometimes may require you to look else where. Below is another wiring diagram to help you with locating the tach signal.

Door Trigger see notes - BIU, 35 pin plug
Notes: The LF door is blue/white in pin 19, RF door is blue/orange in pin 32, LR door is yellow in pin 31, and RR door is WHITE/ red in pin 18. Use all four wires and diode isolate each.
