viper 791, 2003 saturn ion

I just purchased a 2003 saturn ion quad coupe from the saturn dealership and it came with the viper 791 installed. The only problem is nuthing happens when i use the remote except it beeps at me and i have no instructions or manuals to figure out how to even work the alarm. I checked all the conections and everything appears to be hooked up. if anyone could please help it would be greatly appreaciated. Also there is no LED anywhere, at least i cant find one...

Ok look at your remote when ya it. After you press a button for say unlock, does it not do anything for a few seconds then beep, and then something flashes on the screen. If so this means the remote is not getting a signal to the unit, check the antenna. Were is it? is it pluged in the right way? Did ya replace the battery in the remote? Is there an antenna? It is possible the antenna is broken.
