Just did one yesterday.  You'll see a couple of modules mounted underneath the dash, to the left of the brake pedal, with plugs coming out the bottom.  Lock (light blue), unlock (white) and factory alarm disarm (ORANGE / black) can be found in the closest plug to the firewall.  Looking up from there you can find parking lights (brown) in a harness covered in foam-rubber that leads to the light switch.  Very near that harness is another bundle of wires that includes a BLACK/ white; that's a (+) trunk release.  You'll have to bypass a Passkey III system.  Dome light will come on automatically with the factory alarm disarm.  Ignition harness wires are all easily accessible under the steering column.

No.  Mine was also a 160xv; I wired the lock, unlock and FAD outputs directly.  The only relay I used was to change the polarity of the trunk release output.

If the car has factory keyless entry, you can use the brown (-) wire that goes to a grey relay to the left and above the BCM for trunk release. If the car has a factory alarm you can reprogram it to allow the remote starter to rearm it. When done you can arm the alarm by pulsing the driver's door pin and the lock wire at the same time.
