I asked before but didn't understand the explanation properly. I have the wire diagram for the corolla, as well as a working relay configuration(tested it myself with a meter).
The problem is that my windows don't come down when the driver console is connected and only the passenger door comes down when I disconect the console. Can any one help?

I don't know that I fully understand your issue, but what I take from it is that mabey you have a bad driver switch?

Just buy a window module. asianwolf.com sells them for like 25 bux shipped. Much less confusion and instructions included. search on ebay, asianwolf has the module cheaper on there than on the thier own site.

Thanks for all the help. I really appreciated it. Your suggestion on the module gave me an idea and I went with it. My windows now roll down when I use channel 4 on my alarm and it only took 3 relays.
