hi, aite i have a 96 vw jetta gl and i just got a k9 mundial 2 alarm put in.  when they installed it, they didnt hook up the alarm to the locks, because they said they couldnt figure out how to do it with vacuum locks.  yea that was my fault for takin it there, but anyways, how would i hook up my alarm so that i can lock and unlock my doors?  i saw the diagram on vacuum locks, and i'm hella confused!  the alarm came with a relay, do i use that, or the alarm itself has negative door trigger input and positive door trigger input.  what does that mean.  any help anybody can give me would be great!  thanks

According to DEI's sheet for the 96 Jetta III your locks can be activated using a positive trigger, with unlock requiring a double pulse. For most systems you would need two relays using this diagram.
Hope this helps.
