recently installed a RS (prostart 3100) into pontiac montana 02 (w/ a pkg5 bypass) .  install went fine( or so i thought).  today the customer calls me and complained about the lits.  When he goes into reverse after remoting staring the unit, the instrument panel lits come on along w/ the headlits.  (if u go striaght into drive its normal). they go off about 15-20 mins into the drive.  also the horn honks when the car is remote started, i didn't tie into the horn wire at all.(it may have sumthing to do w/ factory alarm, i never bypassed it, or hooked up the disarm wire from the RS.  Wondering if anyone has seen these problems b4, and came give me a solution.  thaks in advance.

Hook your disarm wire to the unlock wire.  Since your lock and unlock wires are set to 3.5 seconds the disarm signal will not unlock the doors.  as far as the lights going on if he puts in in reverse, now that is wierd.
