Hello everyone. I don't usually post in here because I find my solution before I even get there. This time, I didn't though.
I've searched the aftermarket turbo timer + alarm threads...only 2 pages of it...and couldn't find my solution except for one that was close, https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=73398&KW=turbo+timer , and I couldn't post in any of them because they were locked except for the most recent ones. I'm guessing you guys don't like old post revivals that much...
Anyway, what I was trying to accomplish was relaying the shunt wire on my Viper 800ESP. Now, I'm not trying to wire up my alarm with the TT because I've already done it. I'm trying to temporarily shunt the shock sensor (I know the other secondary lines are grounded also) while my car is running.
I've tried to wire a standard relay where the TT output energized the coil with the brown shunt wire on 30 and ground on 87a (Bosch not DEI relay). Well, the relay and alarm work fine, but it shuts the TT off.    I don't believe I need to rewire the alarm because it works fine when I remove the relay and put everything back the way it was. I didn't use a diode because...to be honest with you I don't really understand the diode in this application or any for that matter. What I don't understand is how it isolates 86 from 87a is they aren't even physically connected but by the diode itself. Any insight to this would GREATLY be appreciated.
Anyway, my goal was/is to shunt the shock sensor while the TT was on and the motor running and for the relay to automatically ground the shunt and automatically remove the ground after the TT's time was up.
So, I have a 95 Mitsu Eclipse GSX with a Greddy FATT and Viper 800ESP. The goal is to temporarily shunt the shock sensor. Any method will work for me as long as it works since it's only temporary.

Your system has a BLACK/ brown wire.  When remote starting you must ground that wire to do what you want to do.  After removing the ground the system will reactivate that sensor after 5 seconds.  You can use a ground while running output wire from the remote start system to do this.  Problem solved if im understanding what you posted. i also recommend to explain what wires you have coming from the TT, there should be a wire that does this, if there isn't then you can use a relay to provide a ground like a ign wire.  You can possibly relay it like so, 86 ign,85 ground, 30 ground and 87 to the BLACK/ brown wire.  Here your trigger would be the ign wire only thing is that it will click everytime you turn on the car, dont know if you mind.

You understand what I'm trying to do. At the moment I have a toggle switch on the brown wire and it works fine, but I have to flip it in the opposite direction after my turbo timer shuts off. That's where the relay comes in, but it won't energize without shutting off the TT.
I've lowered the shock sensor and that's no longer even an option. I have to slam my hand on my car really hard just to set off the warn away and even then there's enough vibration from my motor to set the shock sensor off. My motor is modded, so there's really no way around the vibration.
