1996 VW Golf - Oil light alarm

After the car runs for about 20 miles the Oil alarm turns on. I have replaced both oil pressure switchs and the temperature gauge sensor. The vehicle does not overheats, it runs fine, just this light that keeps coming up. Please send any suggestions.

you might want to make sure that the oil pump has enough pressure when the oil gets heaten up.

      Thank you very much. The oil pump for this Golf is inside the oil pan. I once, opened it up and to clean up the build up. It has an intake pipe with a filter to refine th e oil going up to the engine. I will look at it again, thanks
