Thanks for the reply. I checked out their website but I'm a bit confused as to which module I would need. I clearly have an Odyssey as I've brought this thread up, but it is a 2007 EX-L. I have (some) experiencing wiring alarms in the past, but mostly straight wire connections. The unit I'll be using is a Viper 5701, with the goal being able to control the factory alarm setup, and still function both rear power sliding doors as well as adding the remote start. I truly appreciate your (and any other) help. Thanks.

go with the idatalink pieces, the solo series comes preflashed with data and immobilizer bypass.

or you can use the EVO-CAN from fortin, it does the same thing. The cheapest route would be whoever can sell you the modules, since i use fortin products more often (cheaper to buy in canada)

From the above, there is a negative and positive parking light.  Do i need to attach both, or do i just set my starter polarity to one or the other and attach the parking light wire?

Parklights Positive RED / Black Driver Fuse Box, Connector J Positive

Parklights Negative RED / Black At Light Switch Negative

Say i would like to install the viper 5902, can i just set the polarity as positive then hook up
