can I block vss on the saturn vue 2005 automatic 2.2L

VSS WIRE	PURPLE / white	At ECM pin 18
DATABUS INTERFACE	Pin-2(top row from left)	Diagnostic plug below dash	DATA
PASSLOCK DATA	Yellow	In 3 wire harness from ignition switch	DATA
PASSLOCK GROUND	Black or ORANGE / black	In 3 wire harness from ignition switch	-

I have a another question.

I must deplug vss wire, DATABUS INTERFACE, PASSLOCK DATA,

PASSLOCK GROUND ?
