I recently purchased an /////Alpine iXA-W407 for my 2005 Nissan Titan. I have installed every wire but the parking brake and the foot brake wire. Im not sure how to install them...i don't want them bypassed, just installed normally. If you could include pictures of what to do i would appreciate it.

Parking brake will have a switch at its base with 1 wire. This wire will go to ground when the brake is engaged.
Brake lights, primary colour green will come off the brake switch above the pedal, alternatively, test at the rear light bulb and trace the wire forward, probably the driver's kick-panel.
Most installers wire that parking brake lead to a ground, otherwise the screen will shut down as soon as you release the parking brake and drive off. With reference to the foot brake, are you sure you don't mean reverse or back-up? Again test at rear bulb and trace forward, or if auto, look around base of gear switch, should be a connector with some wiring coming from gear selector, it's there.
