hi guys, i would like to know how to mimic the signal from my abs unit,
before we removed the unit we got some readings from the signal wire in question, what we got was .8 volts for 9 seconds & then switches to 12 volts, this happens every time the key is turned on.
any advice on how to do it would be really appreciated
regards frank

You're asking for lots of problems. Don't go there.

x2.
Unless you are simulating or figuring slip etc. (But thats' from the sensors.)
But to deactivate or modify - NO!
Not that I'll cro over it - I am all for deactivation, but that must be OEM etc. (In fact I will not but a vehicle whose ABS and Stability Controls (etc) can not be disabled as required...)
