It appears to be free to use. Is this not so?
If it is not free, go to techservices.audiovox.com It is free and pretty extensive database.

Audiovox has been wrong on the last 3 vehicles i have done, and not even close on a toyota tundra. Between readyremote.com and bulldogsecurity.com get me pretty accurate information for 99% of the vehicles.

I have used Wirecolor.com a couple of times, It has been a toss up. It does provide some photos, but has been comparable with the other free sites out there. I usually check the all for comparison but still check everything with a DMM.  Cost about $5.00 depending on the exchange rate (canadian)

Times 2 with Mr. Smoke

Perhaps the OP is talking about the Fortin site called WireColor.com.  It is not free to use.  On some of their high-end bypass modules ( EVO-ALL, etc ), they include a FreePass card that allows a one time access to the site to get info for one vehicle.  You can also pay a free for site access that varies from $5 for a one time use to a sliding flat fee to access data on 20, 50, 200 or 500 vehicles.

I have used this site and found the info and pictures fairly accurate ( only had on instance where the photo description was incorrect ).  However, the info / photos are limited and primarily designed to assist with the install of their bypass modules.  Nowhere near as complete as the old AstroFlex or the full blown DirectWire listings.

Soldering is fun!
