trouble accessing files

im having trouble accessing install instructions for some alarms. i get a message saying im not authorized to view them because of the credentials ive supplied.? the weird thing is that it is also happening over at directechs web site, and even on ebay, and some other sites that ive never had problems before. any ideas?thanks.

Directechs is working fine. Try clearing temp internet files and cookies and see if that helps.

this is the problem im having, when i hit on a link or try to open up a file, like a install manual for an alarm on this site, i get an error saying im not authorized to view it because of the credentials ive supplied. the weird thing is that it also happens at directechs site, and sometimes over at ebay, and other sites that offer links or files to view. any ideas on why. never had this problem before. thanks.

Have you done this yet? Click tools, Internet options, Delete files, and then click delete cookies. Unfortunately you will need to relog into all sites that require a login. You could also check the security levels of the browser. What browser are you using?
