I am going to be doing a install with 2 audiobahn 12" subs and 1 2 channel audiobahn 1200 watt amplifier. I am going to be fiberglassing the enclosure, and have a few questions. I am doing this for a friend, and he wants the subs magnets facing out. What is the best way to route the wires, and will this effect the volume needed in the box? I am planning on making it a sealed enclosure. I also want the amp to look like it is inset in the enclosure. I was thinking I could somehow attatch a peice of MDF to the middle spacer (the subs will be separated) and somewhat of an angle once I get the subs angled in the right position. He has a Acura Integra GSR 99 Model, I will be working around the back wheel wells, what is the best way to get the mdf to curve to those? I was thinking a cardboard template first, and then raise the bottom peice with about 2 inch of mdf all the way around, but I am having trouble... eeh, maybe i'll draw it up for you all. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is this kind of what you're looking for?

The magnets are facing out and the wires enter the enclosure through grommets. The space between the wires and the grommets are then siliconed from the inside. There is an amp just visible that on the top that is inset into the enclosure. Here's a better shot of the top.

Very nice and very similar to that. The amp will be in the middle of the two subs, in a vertical position. I'll get a picture soon of the area I am working with.
