I have a 1997 Infiniti Q45.  It came with normal High/Low beam headlights(High/Low beam on the same bulb).  The headlights have a 3 wire plug(1 black, 1 red, 1 green).

I bought a HID headlight housing from Ebay, but instead of the High/Low beam being in one bulb, it has its own bulb for high beam, and another one for low beam(low beam is the HID light).  It also has a 4 wire plug(2 black, 1 red, 1 green).

How would I wire this up for it to work properly?  Do I need relay's?  or polarity switches?Any help is much appreciated.  Thanks in advance!!

Jeff

Doesn't the kit have a wiring diagram in it  ? Naturally, you will ahve to test the OEM wire harness to see which of the wires is your LOW beam and your HIGH beam & one will be the GROUND wire. For the new system you will have to hard wire the two wire for L/H beam and then GROUND the last two wires.
