Check all the light bulbs in the vehicle. Varify that the flashing relay is operational.

When you hit the four way hazard botton, does it make a clicking noise?

I was told there is a relay for the signals/flasher, do you happen to know if this could be the problem and where is it located. I do not have the owner manual. Thank you

It sounds to me, that the flashing module is dead. Take a few minutes to call the dealer for the exact location of the device, as well as the price for it.
I left a message with a Toyota Master Mechanic here. He has not gotten back to me with the exact location of this unit.

thank you I appreciate your effort. It is realy hard to drive without the signal lights. I went to the dealer today who suggested ato change the flashing relay which I presume you are calling a flashing module. Cost is around $50. Hope that this is the problem and I could replace it. Pls let me if you find out about the location. I think it is at the left kick pannel by the fuses. but which one I do not know. Thanks.
