aftermarket radio plays am,fm but with when i put a cd in i get no sound

either you have a bad cd or a bad player.... if you have sound with am and fm there is no reason y u wouldnt have sound with cd....

if at first u dont succeed........ lower ur standards

you did hook up the blue or blue/ white to the factory remote wire correct?? if the head unit has both bue and blue/white, make sure that you use the blue/white to power up the factory amp...

if at first u dont succeed........ lower ur standards

no problem!! if you were using the solid blue wire to turn on the factory amp, it was turning off due to the fact that it was shutting down the power ant. while playing cd's. blue/white is the remote amp turn on and should always be used if applicable to power up factory amplified systems...
