Ok guys help me out because this is driving my nut. I have never had a problem with the alternator noise before today. I have a pioneer HU older not sure model. 1 kicker solo x sub. 1 audiobahn 1800dt. 1 audiobahn 4 channel and 1 audiobahn 2 channel. I took my back speaker out of my rear door because it was blown and taped off all wires. Then I but a cross over in my front door and installed a tweeter, so I have a mid and a tweeter in my front door know. So when I turned on my car it made a hell of a noise like something shorted out. Come to find out it was the cross over. The soider on the back of the circit board as toching the screw that held it in place. I fixed the issue and even installed a new cross over. So everything was cool until I started my truck and wow, It sound like a freaking jet is in my car. The whine is so load. So I took the cross over out and put everything back the way it was even hooked up the blown speaker still getting the noise. Can some body help me please thank you.

Sounds like you either blew your HU (Pioneer is notorious for that) or an amp (Audiobahn is, well, low quality.)  You're going to need to do some major troubleshooting to figure it out, and prepare to spend some money to replace what's blown.

Also, you say this all started because of a blown speaker?  How did it blow?  You must have had something set up incorrectly to begin with.  I'd rip it all out and have each piece bench tested at a local shop.
