My 2001 Ford Excursion does not have power to the HU connector. I have checked the under dash and the under hood fuse blocks. Fuse 1 controls the radio. It is good. I cannot find any shorts or other fuses. What should I look for?

The memory fuse may not even have radio in the description.  Is there any other devices that do not work?  You may have to check each fuse to see if it is blown.

Do you know if you are missing the constant or the switched wire?

It is the switched wire. I am able to check it with a volt meter back to the loom. From there, I do not know where it goes...

The switched fuse should be labeled Radio.  Pull the fuse labeled radio and see if you lose power on the constant wire?
