I am installing a boss Bluetooth car stereo 10amp, for the first time. I have it in and it works and I can sync it to my phone and it works great.

The problem is that, and there is always a problem! There is a ticking sound and the side lights blinking for about one minute and stops for two and stars up again like the hazer lights are on. And I can hear it on my speakers before I start the car. But when I turn the car on it doesn't come up on the speakers.
