Well which model # is your amp?  And what about the 12" speakers (I'm assuming they're subwoofers?)?

From just the info you've provided, I'd say hook up the two 4x7's and the two 6x9s to the front channels of the amp (i.e. two speakers per channel).  Use the rear channels for the subs.

I would buy another amp to run those subs.  You will really hurt the amp if your put all those speakers on there.  If you had 8's instead of 12's yeah it could work but I would get a small 2 channel or mono amp (depending on the ohms of your subs) to run your 12's otherwise if you wanna risk it.  Ethan's setup will work

Sonic
Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD
Zapco 360.4
Zapco 500.1
Zapco SP-4SL Processor
Two JL 10 W3v3d2

Why do you say he's going to hurt the amp?  If he hooks it up as I described the front channels will get a 2-ohm stereo load which basically all class AB amplifiers can handle easily.  And the rears would still be 4-ohm stereo.  Agreed the subs will sound better with more power, but as long as none of the equipment is pushed to the point of distortion, I don't see how any of it is at risk for being damaged or harmed in any way.
