i drive an 86 toyota camry, and im having problems with my 6 by 9's in the rear and the 4 and a halfs in the front, there seems to be a loose connection cause when i hit a bump, the sometimes shut off and just my subs will play, anybody know were i can find that loose connection that goes to all my speakers?

check the harness on the back of ur radio, might be loose. I had a similar problem with my head unit once.

if it isnt at the back of you head unit use the fader and balance and single out a speaker at a time until you find the problem.

That is the correct response, all it takes is one speaker wire to go to ground to send the entire amp into protection. This mmay be at the speaker in a door or the actual wire iteslf between point a and point b. Disconnect all speakers, hook up one speaker at a time, go for a bumpy drive. No problems, hook up the next speaker. Find the problem.
