99 tarus

I will be doing an install for a friends 99 tarus. I have not done one of these.

My main question is this. The stock stereo is the large oval shaped control panel with the heat controls built into the same piece of dash board. Will putting an aftermarket stereo look bad in the absence of the large oval? and will the installation kit have spots for the heat controls.

Thanks for the quick respond. On the stock dash, the heat controls are on the bottom. This may sound stupid, idk, but is it going to be hard to relocate them to the top?

That link also has a link for the manual.  It looks pretty simple.  The controls are mounted to that faceplate, and have moveability in the wiring.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
