2 12" Alpine Type E sub vs 1 10' kicker Solobaric L5  which setup would be better ? these subs will be put into a 92 4dr acura integra trunk . . .  thankz

I would go with the 2 12", but would at least step up to the type s, the type e subs have been know to sound a little distorted, but on the good side does not take a large amp to run them. If you are on a budget try to atleast go with the type s from the alpine series

Just go with 1 Type -R , same price as 2 Type-E, better sound, louder.

Get one Type R, or 2 Type S subs and either build or buy a sealed box that fits the manufacturers recommended specs.
