Well finially got around to metering the system on a term lab that I know is dead accurate and though I would share the results.   Before I do so I will list thwe whole setup for those who dont know me
panisonic deck.
Alpine type r 6.5 components front
memphis 5.25 co-ax rears
diamond audio d5 600.4 internal amp
memphis hc50 sub amp 25x2@4ohm
(2) eclipse 7100 series 10's
dvd player and 2 5.6 inch screens
now as far as the SPL output...141.7   on a recalibrated term lab.    Had gotten word that a shop was having thiers recalibrated by term-pro to be ready for the new season, so we ran the test to get a base number for the season.     I need more power, lots of it!

Just curious, But are you using a "Cheater" amp?

A HIGH CURRENT or hc amp IS a "cheater" amp, or it was in the good old days. If he's gonna compete AT ALL, hell be judged by the 1 or 1/2 ohm output of the HC amp.....he cant cheat...new meter run today!! -- posted image.

not true, USACi still uses 4 ohm ratings or The CES rating, which this amp is too old for the CES rating, and it hasent been banned from USACI.. Realistic I am running 6-800rms at 1/2 ohm,    I havent tested it to totally verify this.   The new amps I am looking at a rated 75x2 @4 ohm   but tests have been running 1200-1350rms at 1/2 ohm      only prob is the 120 amps of draw at 1/2 ohm!     they are the american bass 75.1   bad little amp that has not been rerated by USACi    YET.
