Never touched a car stereo in my life.. (I prefer two wheels:))

I have a Pioneer DEH5630 HU:

with 2 front and 2 rear magnat speakers of some sort!? I've also inherited an Alpine Subwoofer:

What is the best way to get all four speakers and the Subwoofer wired up? Its just that I only have 2 sets of preouts, "Front" and "rear or subwoofer", what happens if I need (and I do) Fronts and rears and subwoofer?
I realise I'll need an amp of some sort but I just plain dont understand how many channels it needs to be or how to wire it up.
Soz for being dumb as a donkey but if you could help please...

You could use Y connectors on the pre outs. You could buy an EQ that has 3 outputs. You could also use the HU power to run the 2 smallest speakers which would free up a pre out. You could also get an amp that accepts high level inputs. Those are some options I can think of off the top of my head.

if you are trying to keep it simple why dont you hook up the front and rear speakers straight from the deck, not rca. use rear rca for an amp to run the sub.

Sorry, you can NOT post a reply.
