We're diligent here...but help us out with some links to the specs.  It sucks when we have to go searching all over the internet for the sake of helping somebody out.  Subs and amp, and anything else involved in the install, please.

And, by the way, space is ALWAYS a problem in a vehicle...even in a chevy work van.  But we'll work with it.  (By the sounds of it, WORK isn't what that vehicle is going to do...enclosure specs? -- posted image....)

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Sorry about that here are a few specs that will help.  The subs are audiopipe 12's dual voice coil2x2 ohm rated at6 800w and max 1600w. Frequency response 25 hz-800 hz sensitivity 96 db/w/m. The amp is a Boss 775 2 ohm stable 950w @ 2 channel. It also has built in crossover.

Get rid of the Boss amp and get yourself a mono amp (example:  http://www.thezeb.com/p-Phoenix-Gold-Octane-R-R15.0:1-102960.htm).  You want to be able to put those two subs together for a total 2 ohm load.  You can't bridge a 2 ohm load onto a two channel amp (it's 2 ohm stable per channel).  And don't forget the links.
