Amplifier and Cap connection

Hi everyone. I'm just going to come straight out and say it. I know nothing about cars or their electrical systems. Well a little bit. I know computers that's my thing. Anyways, I have a question for all of you that are way more knowledgable than me. I have an aftermarket head unit, pioneer deh-p8500mp. I had a guy from best buy (that's where i work and where I bought them) install it in my car and I asked him to put in a dual amp kit. Here are where my questions begin. 1. WHen the sub pounds, it sounds great inside the car, but when you open the trunk and stand there and listen to it, it makes a sound like too much power is going there. Like it's overloading or something. The best buy guy say it was fine, but I just wanna make sure with all of you guys. 2.   A little bit later, I purchased a capacitor as well as another alpine MRD-M605 amp and another alpine type r sub. However, the guy from bby told me he measured it out for a mrd-f345 which is a four channel amp to power the speakers. So I decided not to get that amp, and now I don't work at bby anymore. And i need to figure out how to by myself, using the dual amp kit in there already to install a capacitor and another amp and sub. Thank you very much everyone in advance.

Well basically, there's a dual amp kit. One side of the kit is hooked up to an mrd-m605 alpine amp. and a 10" type r. On the other side of the amp kit, the guy said he measured out the voltages so that it would fit a 4 channel mrv-f345 alpine amp. What I want to do is add another mrd-m605 and another 10" woofer to the free side of the amp kit. And about the overloading thing, when i open the trunk and listen to it, it sounds like you know when a factory speaker is getting too much bass signal from an aftermarket head unit and it can't handle it so it makes kind of like a farting sound? that's what it sounds like. just use the other side of the amp kit . piggy back your remote from one anp to the other. and for the cap wire it into the power before the distrubution block. and for the RCA's if there is a line out from your other amp use that . if you dont have that as an option you will have to run another set of RCA's. also make sure that your gains are set the same and properly . your subs must be wired the same as well. I agree.  You can probably figure out how to wire it but it's tricky enough that tuning it is really past your abilities & there are too many variables to really map it out here for you.  Bottom line is that it won't sound great if you do it (if it works at all) & you're risking killing the equipment.
