hey guys! i got a tough one. i am trying to replace the headunit in a 2002 cadillac deville. it has the big factory amplifier behind the rear seat. i want to use this but cannot find the remote  to turn it on. does this amp sense the speaker wires or low voltage turn on. also does anyone know if i swap out radios will it mess anything up in the car. thanks for any help you can give

seriously if u dont have alot of experience this may not be something u want to attempt yourself .  sorry i cant be of more help but that model has 2 or 3 completely different systems from the factory. and personally i really dont like doing them myself. i know its not alot of help but it will probably save u a huge headache down the road.  but if u insist on doing it yourself let me know and i will try to help u more
