I installed a bulldog deluxe 500 remote start and when I plugged the harness in the module it did nothing. According to what read in the forums I have double checked the wiring and seems ok. I cannot get the led to blink or horn to honk. Any help will be helpful.
Thanx

Where did you ground the system ? On the Dodge you have to ground to the frame not to the part of the dash that's part of the lower dash shroud.

I will try this in the morning. I believe I grounded the wires to the dash were there was bare metal. I thought this would be a suitable place. Please let me know if this would be ok? Thanx for the very fast reply

Double-checked how? Visually, or by testing the wires?
The best way would be to go right to all the harnesses going into the brain, and test all of the wires right there, for proper function.

I checked at the harness and at the brain. I was looking at the manual and I believe I did not connect the 12 volt red wire @ the h2 harness. I thought it would be for the lights only. Let me hook this up and see what happens.
Thanx for the reply

Okay I connected the other red wire on the h2 harness and grounded the cut portion like the manual told me and nothing happens. The led's do not blink and the horn does nothing. The book told me to turn the car to on three times and on the third time to leave it on the on position the press the program button (nothing). Any suggestions?
