2004 trailblazer clock issue

Installed an Astro 2205 about a month ago. Customer phoned shortly after saying that everytime he shuts off his truck, the reverts back to 12:00. Wasn't sure what to make of that. He phoned today saying that the truck has also been locking the doors at various times even when the truck is not under remote start. I can't remember what bypass was installed. Could the bypass be causing the clock issues? I'm thinking that it was either a GM-SL or a GM-SL2. I don't think I used a GMDLBP. Anyone come across funny things like this in a Trailblazer or Envoy?

well as far as the door locks, i have had a few customers that just lock the doors on accident because they keep the fob in their pocket. that might not be the case, but worth investigating.
