I have 2 remotes...One has everything programmed... the other only has locks. I need to know how to program the 2nd to have remote start also.

Try reprogramming the remotes. The procedure for remote programming is in the installation manual which is available here in the downloads section. Remote programming starts on page 12.

Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
