I have a 2000 Ford Excursion with the 7.3 liter diesel. I had the Viper 5900 installed from a pro shop and it worked great for 3years and now if I use the remote start it sounds like the starter is staying engaged. Any help would greatly be appreciated. The shop is no longer in business

Sounds like it doesn't have a tach signal learned anymore. Do you know how to reprogram the tach?
