negative door lock

Hitting a brick wall here and need some help/guidance.
Car is a 95' Lexus ES300 alarm/RS is a Python 990. Issue is on the Door lock harness (alarm) there is a (+)lock and (-)unlock and (-)lock and (+)lock. The car from all the research i have done is (-) for both lock and unlock. So my question is how do i make this work?
Door lock wiring (car) is Yellow/Red (-)
Door Unlock (car) is Yellow/Blue (-)
Do i connect the Green (alarm -lock and +unlock) to the cars Yellow/Blue and the Light Blue (alarm +lock and -unlock)to the cars Yellow/Red? If so do i need to worry about the + trigger the will follow?
Please help

Green to Yellow/Red and blue to Yellow/Blue. Now play safe, purchase two diodes, 1N404 and place one in line on your (alarm's) green and blue lock/unlock wires with the bands towards the alarm.

Sweet, now 1N404 what are the specs on this? Cant seem to find it.
Im not jumping into this to quick. Im kinda doing a layout of everything first. Plus i still need to remove the unit from my old car

I'm guessing you're going to have to do what I had to do on a couple cars: use two separate relays! My Taurus had negative door lock and unlocks, but my alarm's wires were for positive. So I had to install two individual relays inside the drivers door. Lucky for me, the arm rest was hollow enough to allow room for these. This was a time-consuming install, but it worked out great when it was done. And oh, my next car, a Dodge Stratus, required two separate diodes for the door unlocks. The Taurus didn't. Same with my present car, a Toyota Camry.
I keep wondering why so many alarms only have ONE door lock input/output wire, and it's almost always designed for positive locks but so many locks are negative triggered. It baffles me. So now days, I look for alarms that provide BOTH negative AND positive door lock wires so no matter what yours is, you don't need a bunch of relays and diodes. A buddy said they do this hoping you will buy more stuff from them. I just think they don't use real world installs to judge the door lock input to decide to use neg or pos.
Good luck! I'm going to guess that by the time you're done, you'll have had to use 2 individual Bosch-type relays: 1 for lock, 1 for unlock.

Well this alarmis a 2 wire lock and unlock. there is a +lock -unlock wire and antoher wire that is -lock and +unlock

Check what you're saying....Alarm lock outputs come in 2 flavours,
Relay driven with a 6 wire system so you can configure it to any method and 2 wire which is nearly always NEG output. I've never heard of a positive lock output apart from the flip flops on some DEI product where you needed to change around the normal DEI convention, i.e. green = lock and blue = unlock and use diodes.
Most cars (about 60%) inc. most Japanese use simple low current NEG. systems where the 2 wire output is adequate. If you have multiplex wiring, Chrysler some recent VW, and you only have a 2 wire system you WILL need relays to boost the current i.e. milliamps to amps output to overcome the resistors (NOT diodes incidentally).

Hmmm, they way i read it looking at the install guide it has it listed like this.
Door lock harness
1. LIGHT BLUE (+) LOCK (-) UNLOCK OUTPUT
2. Empty
3. GREEN (-) LOCK (+) UNLOCK OUTPUT
Im not a total newb on car electronics and audio but i will ask for help when i have a doubt in my mind.
Another question do i need a bypass module for the remote start or am i good to go with out anything special? I been searching and cant find any thing that says this car needs a resistor pack or a module to learn the key. Even the application guide at this site does not say anything.

you do not need diodes green goes to lock blue goes to unlock

and you dont need any bypasses for your remote start
