I have a 2001 Chevy Malibu but don't have a faub for keyless entry. Should I have one? The dealership says my car is not wired for this. Are they right? Please help. Melanie

did you buy the car new??

if not, call a dealer and give them the VIN number. with that number, they can tell where,when, and day your car was made. also it will tell them what options came with the car.
