I have a Clifford Intelliguard 7000.  I have a new remote for it and can reprogram the arm/disarm.   My question is about programming the remote with my remote start.  I have a manual trans. and there is one button on the remote to arm the remote start then another button to remote start the car.  The manual doesn't tell you how to program the button on the remote to arm the remote start.  Hopefully someone knows what the hell I'm talking about.  I'm stuck and DEI is horrible in the customer service department.

Thanks

I see the manual but it doesn't explain how to program that button combo in.  Right now in my current remote if I press the trunk open button that activates the "Manual Trans./Remote start".  Then to start the car I hit the star button.  On the new remote I would have to program that "Manual Trans./Remote start" feature to one of the buttons on the new remote.  It doesn't say anything about programming that feature.  Help! lol.

You can change the functions to what you want.

Basically what I'm saying is I don't know the column and row combination to punch into the plainview2 inorder to program that manual trans./remote start arming on the remote.

For example:  To program the arm/disarm you push the blank button 4 times and then the * once then push the button on the remote.

So how many blanks and how many *'s for the manual trans./remote start?  That is what I'm looking for.

Any help would be appreciated.  Hard to believe no one else has had this issue.

Thanks.

Push Clifford or G5 or side button (depending on your remote then) then the normal button for rem start manual enable, might have to do this twice to store it.
