Just installed a Avital 4103 in A 07 Pilot. All connections done and soldered and secure. Go to try the start button... No response.. lock and unlock respond from the transmitter.. I am getting a steady flashing led on the main starter brain. I do not see what that means anywheres in the manual.. Any help??? Thanks in advance

Where do you have you nss wire tied to? It should be going to ground if its a automatic. Also what did you do with the gray hood pin wire? That shouldn't be grounded

Black white wire to ground through the toggle switch... grey wire was not connected yet.... was just testing to see if my bypass was good when I got no response from the start button

Stupid question but you tried with the switch in the other position ? Other than that did you tag the right brake wire? Only 12v when stepping on pedal. black for good ground. Hood pin not grounded by accident

Tried a second 4103 to make sure it is not a starter issue. Still no response when the starter button is pressed. Checked all my switch wires and the only thing I find when testing the acc and ign wire they all seem to drop off when cranking... not sure if that would keep the start from firing up when the button is pressed.. any ideas... all the wires in the ignition are powered up.. there are some different tech sheets with conflicting ign and acc wires..Any idras???? Thanks

Found the issue with no start problem on the 4103.. The BLACK/ white NSS wire from the plug had a break in it.. Tested for ground and nothing getting to the unit.. repaired the wire and all is good..thanks for the help.... Love my multimeter...LOL
