Ive got an 01 f-150 that I installed a scytek 5000rs on and have done the bypass module correctly as the truck will start and run. Yesterday it started and would stay running but now it seems that it will start and then run about ten seconds and die. Very frustrating. I've tried it both armed and unarmed.

Did you hook-up Tach? Im not too familiar with Scytek. Assuming there is a Tachless option, as well?

Ya I got it hooked up. My wiring diagram said lt GREEN / WHITE at coil between injectors, pass side. Each one over there has that color wire. What's weird is I left for lunch and came back and moved my grounds, started and ran about 5 minutes or so then died. Would it matter that I have both my ignition wires ran together to the 1st ignition on the truck?

That truck only has 1 true ignition wire, and a handful of accessory wires.
So, if you jumped the ignition wire together with another wire, well, probably not a good idea as now that other wire is staying on during crank even though it wasn't supposed to before........however, if that were the problem, you'd have troubles even trying to start with the key. So that's not why the remote starter is shutting down, no.
First, see if the remote starter has some type of diagnostics menu. It should tell you the reason for the last shutdown---hood, brake, over-rev, under-rev, et cetera. That will be good information to have.
Also, after you connected the tachometer wire, did you "teach" the tach rate to the remote starter? Every car is different, so the remote starter should have some kind of "tach rate learning" procedure or similar.
Also, it seems that with Fords in particular, the coils and injectors put out different tach rates, and many remote starters are happier with one signal than the other. Seems to be lots of discussion (and disagreement) on the forums about which is better. And it seems to often depend on the brand of remote starter too.
I've only installed one or two of those Scytek units, but since you're using a coil now, I'd gamble by taking it off the coil and using an injector, and then see what happens.

Thanks guys for all the help. I got it to start and run fine now, had to change accessory wire also bc my AC wasn't kicking in. Turns out even without the remote start it's not working so now I gotta figure that out! Dam fords!!!!! I have it jumpers at the solenoid under the hood to make it come on for now
