00 mustang manual with viper 5704

Installed 5704 on 2000 Mustang with manual Transmission.Have neutral safety wire hooked to ebrake and cluch wireWHITE/ pink + as well thru 2nd start wire but relayed for +ve Anyways first thing is blue led on antenna does not shut off (remains on all the time and system is not in valet either and alarm works) Unable to keep engine running as stated- ebake on foot off brake pedal press start button on remote and when key is turned off engine shuts off and lcd reads start error. I used my bitwriter changed setting to automatic and everything works fine. What am i doing wrong? Thanks

What do you have the door trigger wire connected too ? Domelight or individual door triggers ?triniforever
