astrostart rs 613 in 09 dodge journey

hi everyone,  ive batery for other isues, i looked at the starter,  before ive touched it now the thing starts for 5 seconds then shuts off.  any help would be appreciated with what could be going on

Since I did not install this. I have installation manual. There are several wires not hooked to anything. They appear to come from a piggy back harness from the win module. I oopened up the installers tape and found tje tack and hood switch wires. An them underhood and connected to an injector and a hoodswitch and all is well now. Clearly this model has a tachless mose but would me changing the battery have affected this somehow? As it did work as installed prior to that. (With exception of intermittant srarted crank while running)

most likley a transponder issue , or tach issue . pull the key off the ring and hold it up to the ignition barrel with the  back off the key flat against the part where your key goes in ignition  while remote starting , does it stay running as long  as the key is held there  ? if yes it is a transponder issue find out what type of bypass is in it and reprogram it ,  it may have a transponder ring around skreem transponder at ignition barrel that has moved also and is no longer functional

or it also could have lost its tach setting,/signal
