So I bought this ebay remote door lock system a while ago, I have trouble wiring the lock and unlock function. The unit powers up and could hear the module clicked when i press the remote. I just got confused of where to wire the lock and unlock. I could locate where the wires are in my car, but this "instruction" that it came with didn't specify which wires are lock and which are unlock.
It is a 1996 Honda Civic LX, which already has power door lock. I just want the remote to work.
thanks in advance
Here is the manual that it came with, notice the last 6 wires where it says "Central control locks assorted wires", but it doesn't specify which are locks or unlocks.

Hi there, I got the same kit a few days ago, and this has been really helpful to figure out some stuff, but I still have a few questions. Mostly, what do the green and the two brown wires connect to, if anything?

The Green wire would probably be used to control a window roll-up module ( additional relays & wiring ).  This would happen with a Lock command.

The two Brown wires are for command confirmation via the Parking Lights.  There is no polarity marking, so use a Digital Multi Meter to see the output.  Typically the Parking Lights get one flash for Lock and two flashes for Unlock.  If they are +12V and your vehicle needs a +12V signal, you're all set.

Soldering is fun!
