Hi,
I need some help with my remote starter install on a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe, Canadian version. Looking at the wiring diagram on this site, it says I need to hook up the unlock wire, alarm disarm wire, AND unlock detection wire. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to hook the unlock detection wire to?
I've done searchers here and elsewhere but can't find any information on how to do this. And also saw that some say there's another way to hook up the door locks, but no info on how.
Also, planning to set up the seat heaters for driver and passenger through one of the aux outputs. Any suggestions on how to do that would also help.
Thanks!
Brad

Not being familiar with the Compustar stuff and not having worked on a Santa Fe, I would venture to say it gets connected to the Pin 15, ORANGE / White (-) Factory Disarm...Needing a double pulse.
Maybe someone with more knowledge on this setup can chime in.

i'm putting a compustar cs800s (cm600s brain) in a 2012 hyundai sonta (no pust to start, regular key) and i'm also having some confusion about the door locks and factory alarm arm/disarm.  the compustar has the lock/unlock outputs as well as the orange and ORANGE / white for arm/disarm. do i just connect the ORANGE / white to the lock detection and disarm wires with diode isolation or is there more to it? thanks!!!
